FREE Intro: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM, WEDNESDAY, Jan. 29, 2020
8 Weekly Classes: 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM, WEDNESDAYS Feb. 5 through Mar. 25, 2020
All Day Retreat: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM, SATURDAY, Mar. 14, 2020
Logistics
Course Location: Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington VA, 4444 Arlington Blvd., Arlington, VA 22204
Tuition: $550 includes all course materials and nearly 30 hours of class time. If the tuition is an obstacle for you due to financial circumstances, please contact us to explore a reduction and/or payment plan.
Minimum Age: 18 or older (if in high school, special permission from teacher is required; please email Karyn@amindfulchoice.com to explore).

If you are looking for the FULL, in-depth MBSR course, this is it! The program is facilitated by an experienced, Qualified MBSR Teacher who is trained by the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical Center; the founding organization that trains and qualifies MBSR teachers.
Please note that MBSR is not offered as a replacement for traditional medical and psychological treatments, but as a complement to them.
