Weekly topics are as follows:
Week 1: Working with thoughts
Week 2: Relating to emotions
Week 3: Exploring interconnection
Week 4: Waking up to life
Course Material
To support you as we explore the weekly topics, you will receive supplemental material, including:
Recorded meditations for “formal” home practice, an average of 15 - 20 minutes long
Informal practices to help you apply and integrate mindfulness and compassion in practical ways, enabling you to live more mindfully day to day
Optional material for deeper exploration
This course is designed for graduates of MBSR and MBCT, as well as others who have at least some introductory mindfulness experience.
