Weekly Topics

This experiential, 4-week course supplements the concepts and practices explored in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), helping you build and deepen a consistent meditation practice, while also applying mindfulness in the many moments in between your “formal” practices. Weekly topics are as follows:

  • Week 1: Working with thoughts

  • Week 2: Relating to emotions

  • Week 3: Exploring interconnection

  • Week 4: Waking up to life

Course Material

To support you as we explore the weekly topics, you will receive supplemental material, including:

  • Recorded meditations for “formal” home practice, an average of 15 - 20 minutes long

  • Informal practices to help you apply and integrate mindfulness and compassion in practical ways, enabling you to live more mindfully day to day

  • Optional material for deeper exploration

This course is designed for graduates of MBSR and MBCT, as well as others who have at least some introductory mindfulness experience.
