Rest and Replenish
Are you feeling depleted? Longing to slow down and take a break? Why not devote a morning to self-care and give yourself permission to rest and replenish? Our half day retreat is offered as a support to you, creating space to slow down, tune in, let go, and rekindle a sense of inner peace and well-being. Through guided mindfulness practices, including stillness and movement, you will be invited to offer yourself your own kind and gentle attention, reconnecting body, heart, and mind moment-by-moment. Join us, and feel refreshed.
