Deepening Your Mindfulness Practice
Are you looking for ways to refresh and enhance your mindfulness practice, while enriching your life with more compassion, happiness, and peace?
If so, this 4-week course was designed with you in mind!
Schedule and Logistics
There are four weekly classes, each 2 hours long, which includes time for practice, new content, and dialogue as we explore ways to live with a more open, peaceful, and balanced heart and mind.
When: 6:30 - 8:30 PM ET, 4 Tuesdays, Sep. 20 - Oct. 18, 2022 (no class on Oct. 4th) — Convert to your time zone

Sliding Scale Tuition: Please choose the tuition option that is most appropriate for you based on your circumstances
Minimum Age: 18 and no longer in high school
Class Size: Capacity will be limited to ensure an optimal group learning environment

About the Course
In the Deepening Mindfulness course, we will explore and develop heart-focused qualities and practices that can lead to greater empathy, compassion, connection, inner happiness, balance, and peace. The course content, which is both time-tested and supported by current scientific research, includes the following:
Week 1: Cultivating Lovingkindness
Week 2: Watering Seeds of Compassion
Week 3: Welcoming Joy
Week 4: Strengthening Equanimity
Course Material
To support you as we explore the weekly topics, the course includes extensive supplemental material, including:
Recorded meditations for home practice, at an average of about 20 minutes long (with some shorter and some longer recordings)
Specific suggestions to help you apply and integrate these qualities more fully in your life
Links to optional reading material and videos for deeper exploration
This course is designed for graduates of MBSR and MBCT, as well as other experienced meditators.
About Our Instructor
The Deepening Mindfulness Practice course will be facilitated by Karyn Sandelman, a highly experienced, Certified MBSR Teacher who is trained and qualified by the Center for Mindfulness at The University of Massachusetts Medical Center and Certified by Brown University’s School of Public Health.
In addition to leading a wide array of mindfulness programs for large and small organizations, Karyn has taught MBSR more than 35 times, with 100's of students participating from around the world and reaping the benefits of mindfulness in their lives.
